REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Nandi Kalagram operates under four verticals, each with its own refund and cancellation policy:

1. Shibira – Tailor-made Workshops

  • No refunds are provided.

  • Participants may opt to register for the next upcoming workshop or transfer the registration to another person.

2. Pradarshana – Events and Exhibitions

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days before the event date.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days before the event date.

  • 25% refund for cancellations made 15 days before the event date.

  • No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of the event date.

3. Gurukula – Space Rentals for Teachers/Organisations

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days before the event date.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days before the event date.

  • 25% refund for cancellations made 15 days before the event date.

  • No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of the event date.

4. Nirmiti – Stay for Artists

  • No refunds are provided.

  • Participants may postpone their stay (subject to availability) or transfer the booking to another person.
