WORKSHOP & EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all participants of workshops/events conducted by Nandi Kalagram at #140, Woodrich Enclave, Anighatta Village, Devanahalli Taluk, Bangalore – 562 110.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Completion of registration constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • Participants are responsible for their conduct during workshops.
  • Participation implies physical and mental fitness.
  • Participants under 18 require guardian consent and supervision.
  • Full payment is required before the event.
  • Participants are responsible for costs due to emergencies or damage caused.
  • Organisers are not liable for incidents including accidents, wildlife encounters, or natural calamities.
  • Mobile use is discouraged during sessions.
  • Participation is at one’s own risk; a medical declaration is required.
  • Organisers may remove any participant endangering others.

ORGANISER’S LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Organiser is not liable for losses due to:

  • Participant actions or omissions
  • Actions of unrelated third parties
  • Unpredictable external events
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Accidents en route to the venue

In force majeure events, liability is limited to the event fee.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Organisers are not responsible for food allergies.
  • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are prohibited.
  • Organisers reserve the right to use participant images for promotions.
  • Damages to equipment will be charged.
  • Additional charges apply for chauffeurs staying at the venue.
